Shipping and Handling
We pride ourselves for being able to get most orders shipped out by the following day if not the very same day pending the items being in stock.(We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays). Items shipped may take anywhere from 3-14 working days in transit. Out of stock items may incur a further delay at which the buyer will be notified.
All items are shipped using Registered Post so as to better track any potentially errant parcels. The $2.75 Registered Post fee is automatically taken into consideration in all estimated and finalised shipping costs.
All items weights below 1Kgs (1000grams) have been rounded up or down to either .1 Kgs (100 grams) or .25 Kgs (250 grams) for best use of our shipping calculator. Although weights may not be 100% accurate they have been amended to cover handling and packaging costs and hopefully work in the buyers favour.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product. Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to help you out.
